The client requested an extension based on their existing deer skull tattoo.
I continued to develop the piece in my signature style, merging elements of cyber totemism with organic anatomy. The human back holds a unique aesthetic tension — the spine itself is a structure both symmetrical and intricate. With this in mind, I kept the overall framework consistent while enriching the internal details to create more variation and visual depth.

Because of the spine’s sensitivity, the client couldn’t help but twitch during the session, and I had to exert quite some effort to keep him steady. The central section has been completed, while the extensions on both sides will be finalized in later sessions.
